This uncirculated 1,000 Brazilian cruzeiro banknote is a standard circulation banknote introduced by the Central Bank of Brazil. It is a brown, green, yellow, and red banknote that bear the signatures of Zelia Maria Cardoso de Mello and Ibrahim Eris, and measures 140 mm x 65 mm. Its obverse side shows the outline of Brazil, Brazil’s first telegraph station, and a portrait of Marechal Candido Mariano da Silva Rondon. Its reverse side depicts two Carajas women with facial tattoos, tribal artifacts, vegetables, and fish. Security features include a solid security thread and a watermark of the Head of Republica. The note was withdrawn in 1994.
