Brazil 1 Real Banknote, 2003 ND, P-251, UNC, TAP 60-70 Authenticated

The Brazil 1 Real is part of the Republica Federativa do Brasil series introduced in 2003 with a pick number P-251. Banknotes from this series are like preceding issues but with REPUBLICA FEDERATIVA DO BRASIL printed on the upper left of its obverse and the BANCO CENTRAL DO BRASIL on its lower left front. This particular banknote comes in uncirculated condition and is TAP authenticated. The banknotes obverse also features the head of Republica. On its reverse is a BEIJA-FLOR or an Amazilla lactea hummingbird feeding its chicks in a nest. The 140 x 65 mm paper banknote bears the national emblem depicting laurels and a star as its registration device. It also has a watermark that reflects a flag.
