The Brazil 10 Cruzados banknote was issued by the Central Bank of Brazil between 1986 and 1987. The banknote has hints of brown, green, purple, and orange. Its obverse features Brazilian writer and politician, Rui Barbosa de Oliveira, a desktop with an inkwell, a lamp, and the book Deuxieme Conference de la Paix - La Haye 1907 (Second Peace Conference - The Hague) book. The back of the paper bill depicts Rui Barbosa speaking in front of a crowd at the Second Peace Conference. The world map is also shown in the background. The banknote is 154 x 74 mm in size and bears a solid security thread with printed BANCO CENTRAL DO BRASIL and a watermark that reflects Rui Barbosa. The note also carries the signatures of Luiz Carlos Bresser Goncalves Pereira and Fernando Milliet de Oliveira and has a registration device in the form of a transom. The paper bill is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated.
