The Brazil 10 Reais was released in 2012 by the Central Bank of Brazil with tactile features that aid the sight-impaired. The predominantly red-colored paper bill features the effigy of Republic on its obverse. The front of the note also bears the denomination in SPARK. The reverse of the banknote depicts Greenwing macaw birds known as Arara or Ara chloreptera. Its security attributes include a puzzle number as its registration device and a watermark that shows a macaw bird and an electrotype 10. It also has a solid security thread with a demetalized 10 Reais. The paper bill is 135 x 65 mm in size and signed by Guido Mantega and Alexandre Antonio Tombini. This particular banknote is in uncirculated quality and is authenticated by Banknote World's TAP authentication specialists.
