This uncirculated 200 cruzeiros on a 200 cruzado novo banknote is a provisional banknote issued by the Central Bank of Brazil in 1990. It is a blue, green, and orange banknote that bears the signatures of Mailson Ferreira Da Nobrega and Wadico Waldir Bucchi, and measures 140 mm x 65 mm. Its obverse side features a black rectangular 200 CRUZEIROS overprint, Marshal Manuel Deodoro da Fonseca standing behind a chair with Silva Jardim, Benjamin Constant, and Quintino Bocaluva, and the head of the Republica. Its reverse side depicts the sewing of the Brazilian flag from the painting “PATRIA” by Pedro Paulo Bruno. Security features include a coat of arms registration device, a solid security thread, and a watermark of the head of the Republica. The banknote was withdrawn in 1994.
