This uncirculated brown 5 Brazilian cruzeiro note is part of the Amazonas series of banknotes. It is also known as the Indian note because it features an Indian man (indigenous man) on the obverse side. Other features on the obverse side include an image of a raft man at sea. The reverse side of the note features the Victoria amazonica, the largest water lily found in the Amazon. The note does not have a watermark nor a security thread. However, its dimensions are 156 mm by 67 mm. The note is designed by Orlando Maia and signed by Director of Amortization Fund Walter Moreira Salles and Finance Minister Reginaldo Fernandes Nunes.
