Reviews:

This uncirculated 5 Brazilian cruzeiros note is part of the series issued by the Central Bank of Brazil from 1970 to 1979. It is a blue, orange, purple, and green note that is signed by Mario Henrique Simonsen and Parlo Hortensio Pereira Lira. Its obverse side features Emperor Dom Pedro I. Its reverse side depicts a view of Praca 15- Rio Seculo XVIII (square 15 in Rio de Janeiro circa 18th century). Though the note does not have a security thread, it has a watermark of Pedro I and dimensions of 152 mm x 69 mm. The note was withdrawn from circulation in 1984.
