Reviews:

The Brazil 50 Cruzados is part of the family of banknotes issued in 1980-1986 with a pick number P-210a. Banknotes from this series are the same as preceding issues but with engraved denominations in the new monetary unit. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition and is TAP authenticated. Its obverse bears a microscope and a portrait of Oswaldo Gonzalves Cruz who was a physician and epidemiologist. On the reverse are trees and the Neo-Mauresque Palace of Manguinhos building which is situated at the Instituto Oswaldo Cruz in Rio de Janeiro. The 154 x 74 mm paper bill has a solid security thread with a printed bank name. Furthermore, it has a watermark that consists of Oswaldo Cruz.
