Brazil 50 Cruzeiros Banknote, 1980 ND, P-194c, UNC

This uncirculated 50 Brazilian cruzeiro note is part of the Cruzeiro series issued by the Central Bank of Brazil from 1970 to 1980 that bears the signatures of Ernane Galveas and Carlos Geraldo Langoni. It is a purple, black, and orange note that measures 162 mm long and 75 mm wide. Its obverse side features the first president of Brazil, Marshal Manuel Deodoro da Fonseca. Its reverse side depicts a shipment of coffee in Portinari. Though the note does not have a security thread, it has a Deodoro da Fonseca watermark. The note was withdrawn from circulation in 1984.
