The Bulgaria 10,000 Leva Banknote was issued by the Bulgarian National Bank in 1996. It has hints of brown, pink, orange, and blue. The banknote’s obverse depicts self-painter Vladimir Dimitrov-Maystora, the National Academy of Arts building in Sophia, two paintbrushes, and an artist’s palette. The reverse of the pap0er bill displays fragments from Dimitrov-Maystora’s work such as The Bulgarian Madonna. It also depicts flowers. The note bears a holographic stripe, a solid security thread with a demetallized Bulgarian text, and a watermark that reveals Vladimir Dimitrov-Maystora. The banknote is 167 x 80 mm in size and is in uncirculated condition.
