Bulgaria 2 Leva Banknote, 1999, P-115a, UNC

This uncirculated 2 Bulgarian leva note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Bulgarian National Bank. It is a purple and red note that is dated 1999, bear the signatures of Svetoslav Gavriiski and Lyuben Ivanov, and measures 116 mm x 64 mm. Its obverse side features Pagisios of Chiliandar, the Zougrafou Monastery, and a monastic seal. Its reverse side shows the draft of the Historae Sclavo-Bulgaricus by Zougrafou, the seals from the four Bulgarian rulers, a lion rampant, and the national coat of arms. Security features include a holographic stripe, a solid security thread with a demetalized БНБ, and a watermark of a rampant lion.
