Reviews:

The Bulgaria 5,000 Leva Banknote is part of the Bulgarian National Bank’s 1996 issues. It has hints of lilac and orange colors and bears Bulgarian text. Its depicts writer Zahari Stoyanov, the coat of arms of Bulgaria, and a quill with Stoyanov’s writing. The reverse of the note features the Monument in Plovdiv dedicated to Eastern Roumelia’s union with Bulgaria. It also reflects the text of the proclamation of 1885 and a rampant lion. The paper bill comes with a holographic stripe, a solid security thread with demetallized Bulgarian text, and a watermark that reveals Zahari Stoyanov. The note is 161 x 80 mm in size and is signed by Lyuben Ivanov and Lyubomir Filipov. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60-70.
