This uncirculated 2,000 Burundi franc banknote is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Bank of the Republic of Burundi. It is a pink banknote that is dated 04 July 2018, bear the signatures of Jean Gaspard Ciza and Melchior Wagara, and measures 132 mm x 66 mm. Its obverse side shows a leaping Roan antelope, pineapple plants, the national coat of arms, the flag, and a green-to-gold OVI pineapple with an embossed BRB. Its reverse side depicts an outline map of Burundi, farmers in a field, and the bank logo. Security features include a pearlescent stripe with a vertical 2000, a pearlescent overprint with the flag and 2000/BRB, a windowed security thread with a demetalized head of a heifer, stars, and BRB, a fish registration device, and a watermark of Prince Louis Rwagasore and an electrotype BRB.
