The Cambodia 10,000 Riels is part of the 2006 banknote series released by the National Bank of Cambodia with a pick number P-56c. The banknote features King Norodom Sihanouk and the mythical serpent Naga on its obverse. The reverse of the note depicts the Royal Palace and a longboat in a river during the Water Festival. The banknotes protective attributes against counterfeiting and forgery include a solid security thread with a demetalized NBC and watermark that reflects the Bayon sculpture.
