The Cambodia 5,000 Riels was released by the National Bank of Cambodia in 2007 with a pick number P-55d. This specific paper bill is in uncirculated condition and has been certified by the Banknote Worlds TAP authentication experts. Its obverse depicts King Norodom Sihanouk and naga which is a mythological serpent. On the reverse of the note is the Kampong Kdei bridge which is located in the province of Siem Reap. The 146 x 68 mm paper bill has a solid security thread with a demetalized *NBC*. Its watermark reflects a sculpture of Bayon which is a temple built circa the 12th to 13th century. The green and brown colored banknote bears a Khmer text on the front and its reverse is in English and Khmer.
