The Cambodia 500 Riels is one of the banknotes released in 2002 by the National Bank of Cambodia. The banknote comes in pink color with hints of blue. Its obverse depicts the worlds largest religious temple Angkor Wat and the mythical serpent Naga. The banknotes reverse displays the Kizuna bridge or the Cambodia-Japan friendship bridge over the Mekong River which is at Kampong Cham. A car driving along the bridge is also visible. The banknote which measures 138 x 64 mm has no security thread and has varied watermark features. This particular specimen banknote is graded 66 by the Paper Money Guaranty.
