This used 10 Canadian dollar banknote is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Bank of Canada. It is a purple, green, yellow, and brown banknote that is dated 1989, bears the signatures of Gordon George Thiessen and John William Crow, and measures 152 mm x 70 mm. Its obverse side shows the Parliament buildings in Ottawa, the national coat of arms, and a portrait of the 1st Prime Minister of Canada, John Alexander Macdonald. Its reverse side depicts an osprey clutching a fish while flying over a lake. The note does not have a security thread or a watermark.
