The Canada 10 Dollars banknote was issued by the Bank of Canada in 2018 on polymer. The obverse of the vertical-oriented purple banknote is Nova Scotian businesswoman Viola Desmond who challenged racial discrimination in 1946 and the map of Halifax's north end. The reverse of the banknote depicts an eagle’s feather, the Canadian Museum for Human Rights in Winnipeg, and an excerpt from the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. The paper bill contains a holographic stripe but does not have a security thread and watermark. It is 152 x 70 mm in size and is in uncirculated condition. It has also been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60-70.
