The Canada 2 Dollars Banknote was issued by the Bank of Canada in 1986. The note has hints of brown, purple, and orange. Its obverse features Queen Elizabeth II wearing a dress with a pearl necklace. It also depicts the coat of arms and Parliament buildings in Ottawa. The reverse depicts two robin (Merle d’Amerique) birds in a grassy field. The note does not have a watermark and security thread. It is 152 x 70 mm in size and is signed by Bernard Bonin and Gordon George Thiessen. This particular paper bill is in used condition.
