The Canada 2 Dollars Coin was released between 1996 and 2003. Its obverse features the third portrait of Queen Elizabeth II along with the inscription “ELIZABETH II D.G.REGINA”, a maple leaf, and the date. The reverse of the coin depicts a polar bear.
