This uncirculated 2,000 Cape Verdean escudo banknote is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Bank of Cape Verde. It is a peach, light blue, brownish-red, and green note that measures 142 mm x 71 mm, is dated 5 June 2014, and bear the signatures of Bank Governor Carlos Augusto de Burgo and Administrator Manuel Pinto Frederico. Its obverse side shows a horizontal red number overprint, musical notes on a staff, an embossed turtle, and a portrait of singer Cesaria Evora.
