Cape Verde 200 Escudos Banknote, 1992, P-63, UNC

The Cape Verde 200 Escudos was issued by the Bank of Cape Verde in 1992 with a pick number P-63. This particular bill is in uncirculated quality. Its obverse depicts the Palhabote Ernestina boat. The reverse of the banknote is in a vertical layout and features the Cape Verde Airlines de Havilland DHC-6 Twin Otter 300 turboprop aircraft, an aircraft control tower, a satellite dish, and a terminal. The Coat of Arms is also visible on the bottom right. The paper bill is 129 x 67 mm in size and bears a solid security thread with printed BCV. It also has a watermark that consists of an image of Amilcar Cabral.
