Cape Verde 200 Escudos Banknote, 2019, P-76, UNC

This uncirculated 200 Cape Verdean escudo note is a standard circulation banknote issued by Banco de Cabo Verde. It is a red, purple, and yellowish-green note that is dated 06 September 2019, bears the signatures of Dr. Joao Antonio Pinto Coelho Serra and Antonia Lopes, and measures 124 mm x 63 mm. Its obverse side features a map of Fogo, a bunch of grapes, an embossed pen nib, and a portrait of doctor and writer Henrique Teixeira de Sousa. Its reverse side depicts a view of the Pico do Fogo stratovolcano and a bunch of grapes. Security features include a 2-mm wide windowed security thread with a demetalized BCV 200 and a watermark of Henrique Teixeira de Sousa.
