The Catherine the Great coin box contains one 5-kopek coin that was struck during the reign of Catherine the Great. The coin is made of copper, had an average weight of 51 g, and had an average diameter of 42 mm. Its obverse side showed an elaborate monogrammed E.T., shorthand for Ekaterina Tsarina (Tsarina Catherine). Its reverse side shows the Romanov coat of arms with the two-headed eagle.
