It is a purple, yellow, red, green, and orange note that is dated 2020, bear the signatures of Abbas Mahamat Tolli and Ange, and measures 145 x 74 mm. Its obverse side features a map, denomination as registration device, stylized outline of Africa in diamonds, BEAC headquarters building in Yaoundé, Cameroon, a CEMAC logo, and purple-to-gold OVI stars. Its reverse side shows a standing teacher instructing seven seated children, and a young boy with a touch-screen tablet.
