It is a multicolored banknote that bear the signatures of Abbas Mahamat Tolli and S. F. Meke and measures 130 mm x 70 mm. Its obverse side depicts children in a classroom. Its reverse side shows a woman in a village. Security features include a windowed security thread and a watermark of gazelles with electrotype BEAC.
