Central African States - Chad 1,000 Francs Banknote, 2000, P-602Pg, UNC, TAP 60-70 Authenticated

The Central African States 1,000 Franc banknote was issued by the Bank of Central African States for its member state - Chad. Featured on the obverse are the map of the Central African States, women harvesting coffee beans, a boy with a basket, and a portrait of a young man. The reverse of the note depicts men riding on an Okoume raft, a forest harvesting activity, and a Bakele wood mask. The note is 150 x 75 mm in size and is made of paper. It bears a solid security thread and a watermark that depicts the head of a young man. This particular banknote comes in uncirculated condition and is TAP authenticated.
