Central African States - Gabon 1,000 Francs Banknote, 2000, P-402Lg, UNC, TAP 60-70 Authenticated

The Central African States 1,000 Franc banknote was issued by the Bank of Central African States in 2000 for its member state, Gabon. The banknotes front side displays the map of the Central African States, women harvesting coffee beans, and a boy with a basket. It also depicts a portrait of a young man on the right. The reverse of the note illustrates men riding on an Okoume raft, forest harvesting activity, and a Bakele wood mask. The note is 150 x 75 mm in size and is made of paper. It comes with a solid security thread and its watermark reflects the head of a young man. This particular banknote comes in uncirculated condition and is TAP authenticated.
