The 5,000 Central African franc note was issued in 2000 by the Bank of Central African States for its member state, Gabon. It is dated 2000 and signed by Jean-Felix Mamalepot and Louis Aleka Rybert. Its obverse side shows the map of the Central African States, oil riggers, and a laborer with a hard hat. Its reverse side shows a portrait of a woman with a basket on her head and cotton picking. Its dimensions are 160 mm x 80 mm. This note has been verified and TAP Authenticated by Banknote World experts.
