The Chile 10,000 Escudos banknote was released by the Central Bank of Chile in 1973. The banknote comes in a combination of red, brown, and green. Its obverse features General Bernardo OHiggins wearing an army uniform. It also depicts an olive branch and a sword, spears, shields, axes, a helmet, and armor. The back of the paper bill displays the coat of arms of Chile and the Battle of Rancagua by Pedro Subercaseaux Errazuriz. The banknote is 145 x 70 mm in size and bears a watermark that reflects Diego Portales. This banknote is in uncirculated condition.
