Chile 10 Escudos Banknote, 1973 ND, P-143a.2, UNC

This uncirculated 10 Chilean escudo note is a standard circulation banknote issued by Central Bank of Chile in 1973. It is a brown and black note that bear the signatures of Eduardo Cano Quijada and Carlos Molina Orrego, and measures 145 mm x 70 mm. Its obverse side features Jose Manuel Balmaceda in a jacket and tie. Its reverse side shows El Abrazo de Maipu (The Embrace of Maipu) by Pedro Subercaseaux Errazuriz. Though the note does not have a security thread, it has a watermark of Diego Portales.
