This green and brown 50 Chilean escudo banknote is part of the series of banknotes issued between 1962 and 1975 ND. It is in uncirculated condition and TAP Authenticated by Banknote World experts. Its obverse side contains a portrait of former president Arturo Fortunato Alessandri Palma in a jacket and tie. Its reverse side contains the coat of arms of Costa Rica and the Banco Central de Chile headquarters building in Santiago. Although the note does not have a security thread, it has a watermark of Diego Portales. The note is 176 mm long and 82 mm wide.
