China 1 Yuan Banknote, 1996, P-884g.1, UNC

The China 1 Yuan banknote was issued by the Peoples Bank of China in 1996. The note comes in pink, orange, red, brown, yellow, and blue color combinations. The national emblem of the Peoples Republic of China is depicted on the upper left of the obverse. The notes front side also bears stylized flowers and three flying birds. Additionally, it highlights Kam and Lao women wearing traditional dress. The banknotes reverse features stylized flowers and the Great Wall of China in Badaling. The 140 x 63 mm paper bill was printed by China Banknote Printing and Minting with no security threads. This particular China 1 Yuan banknote is in uncirculated condition.
