It is a blue and brown note that is dated 1995, bear the signatures of Miguel Urrutia Montoya and Fernando Copete Saldarriaga, and measures 140 x 70 mm. Its obverse side features a statue, Puente de Boyaca (Boyacá bridge), eternal flame, and Simon Bolivar wearing a military uniform. Its reverse side shows the Liberty head bank seal, horseback lanceros (lancers) statue detail, and sculptor of Rodrigo Arenas Betancur’s Los Héroes del Pantano de Vargas (The Heroes of Vargas Swamp) memorial near Paipa, Boyaca.
