This uncirculated 1,000 Pesos Colombia note is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Bank of the Republic of Colombia. It is a blue and brown note that is dated 1995, bear the signatures of Miguel Urrutia Montoya and Fernando Copete Saldarriaga, and measures 140 x 70 mm. Its obverse side features a statue, the Puente de Boyacá (Boyacá bridge), eternal flame, and Simon Bolivar wearing a military uniform. Its reverse side shows Liberty head bank seal, horseback lanceros (lancers) statue detail, and a sculptor Rodrigo Arenas Betancur’s Los Héroes del Pantano de Vargas (The Heroes of Vargas Swamp) memorial near Paipa, Boyaca.
