The Comoros 1,000 Francs with a pick number P-11b was issued by the Central Bank of Comoros in 1984. The banknote comes in multicolor and is 150 x 80 mm in size. Its obverse is in French and depicts a woman. In the background are palm trees, mountains, and coastlines of Anjouan. The reverse bears Arabic and French texts and displays a woman wearing kanga, picking ylang-ylang flowers. It also shows two women with baskets on their heads. The banknote has no security thread but has a watermark that reflects a crescent moon on a Maltese cross. This particular Comoros 1,000 Franc banknote has been graded 67 by the Paper Money Guaranty.
