The Congo Democratic Republic 1 Centime banknote is part of the 1997 Franc Issues of the Central Bank of Congo. It has hints of purple, orange, and green. The obverse of the note depicts a woman harvesting coffee berries and the bank monogram. The reverse of the note features Arabica coffee berries with Mount Nyiragongo volcano in the background. The banknote comes with a solid security thread and a watermark that reflects an okapi’s head pattern. It also bears a 5-pointed star in a diamond registration device. The paper bill is 120 x 70 mm in size and is in uncirculated condition. It has also a radar serial number A5515155A and has been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60-70.
