The Democratic Republic of Congo 1 Centime banknote with a pick number P-80 was introduced by the Central Bank of Congo in 1997. The banknotes obverse features a woman harvesting coffee berries on the left and the bank monogram logo on the center. The reverse of the banknote depicts Arabica coffee berries, backdropped by Mount Nyiragongo erupting. The banknote has a solid security thread and a watermark that bears an okapi heads pattern.
