This uncirculated 200 franc note from the Democratic Republic of Congo is dated 30 June 2013, printed by Giesecke & Devrient, and signed by the Central Bank of Congo Governor Deogratias Mutombo Mwana Nyembo. It has purple, pink, and green colors and dimensions of 150 mm x 70 mm. Its obverse side contains French text, a bank monogram, and two farmers. Its reverse side contains French text and a depiction of four men beating a log drum on a riverbank. This practice is known as the Telegraphic Gong (Le Gong Telegraphicque). Security features of the note include a five-pointed star in a diamond as the registration device, a solid security thread with demetalized REP DEM DU CONGO, and an Okapi head watermark.
