The Cook Islands 3 Dollar banknote with a pick number P-6 was issued in 1992 by the Government of the Cook Islands to commemorate the 6th Festival of Pacific Arts held on October 16 - 27, 1992 in Rarotonga. The green banknotes obverse depicts the naked Ina with a coconut riding on a shark in the middle of the ocean with waves. On the back is 6th FESTIVAL of PACIFIC ARTS, RAROTONGA COOK ISLANDS, OCTOBER 16-27, 1992 overprint. It also has a pukapuka fishing canoe on the center, native designs, and the god of Te-Rongo carving with penis. The 150 x 75 mm paper bill has no security thread or watermarks. This particular Cook Islands 3 dollar note has been given a grade of 66 by the Paper Money Guaranty.
