The Croatia 10 Milliard with a pick number P-R28a was released in 1993 by the National Bank of the Republic of Krajina. The banknotes obverse displays the fortress perched on a hill in Knin. Centered on its reverse is the national emblem. The back of the note is also designed with a stylized vase. Printed by the Banknote Printing Works in Belgrade, this 140 x 66 mm paper bill comes in black-blue and red color combinations. To prevent counterfeiting and forgery, the banknote has a watermark that consists of a Greek key pattern. It also has the signature of Pavao Marjanovic. This particular Croatia 10 Milliard has been graded 67 by the Paper Money Guaranty.
