Reviews:

The Czechia - Czech Republic 1,000 Korun Banknote was issued by the Czech National Bank in 2008. The obverse of the purple banknote features a tree with exposed roots, a linden leaf in green-to-gold Optically Variable Ink, and a portrait of historian Frantisek Palacky. The reverse of the paper bill depicts a female eagle that symbolizes Moravia and Silesia. It also shows the Kromeriz chateau, the coat of arms of Czech Republic, and a stylized tree in a shape of a P. The banknote contains a 3-mm puce-to-green windowed security thread with a demetallized CNB 1000 Kc, a registration device in the form of a conjoined CR, and a watermark that reveals Frantisek Palacky and an electrotype linden leaf with 1000. The paper bill is 158 x 74 mm in size and is part of the Series I. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated with a grade of 60-70.
