This uncirculated 2,000 Czech korun note was issued in 2007 by the Czech National Bank. It bears the signature of Zdenek Tuma. Its obverse side contains laurel sprays, a lyre, and the opera soprano singer Ema Destinnova. Its reverse side contains a letter D surrounding a violin, a cello, and the head of Euterpe, the muse of music and lyric poetry, crowned in laurel sprays and fruit, a stylized lyre, and the national emblem. Security features include a conjoined CR registration device, a serial number that starts with a D, a 3-mm puce-to-green windowed security thread with demetalized CNB 2000 Kc, and a watermark of Mea Destinnova with an electrotype 2000.
