It is a dark blue note that is dated 2023, bears the signature of Michl Ales, and measures 170 x 74 mm. Its obverse side features a cojoined CR as registration device, linden spray with fruit, red and white ribbon, a crowned lion head in green-to-gold OVI, and statesman Tomas Garrigue Masaryk. Its reverse side shows St. Vitus cathedral, St. Nicolas church, St. Jacob church, an old town hall with astronomical clock, Prague house ornamentations and Jewish tombstones, gothic heraldic shields of Prague and Bohemia, the coat of arms, and a stylized linden leaf.
