The Democratic Republic of Congo 10 Centimes was issued in 1997 with a pick number P-82. Part of the 1997 Franc issues, its obverse displays the Central Bank of Congo monogram logo on its center and a Pende mask on the left. The reverse of the note features three Pende dancers.
