The Democratic Republic of Congo 20 Centimes is one of the notes issued by the Central Bank of Congo in 1997 with a pick number P-83 reintroducing the Congolese franc and its centime sub-unit. The banknotes obverse depicts an antelope and the bank monogram logo. The reverse of the banknote features six antelopes at the savannah watering hole located in Parc National de LUpemba. The banknotes security features include a registration device in the form of a 5-pointed star in a diamond, a solid security thread with a demetalized REP DEM DU CONGO. Additionally, the 120 x 70 mm banknote has a watermark that reflects a head pattern of an Okapi. This particular Democratic Republic of Congo 20 Centimes is in uncirculated condition and has been TAP authenticated.
