Djibouti 1,000 Francs Banknote, 2005, P-42a.1, UNC

This uncirculated 1,000 Djiboutian francs note is dated 2005 and signed by Governor Djama Marhamoud Haid. It has red, blue, and yellow colors and dimensions of 155 mm x 70 mm. Its obverse side contains Arabic and French text, a camel, tram cars, men with shovels, and the portrait of the politician Ali Ahmed Oudoum. Its reverse side contains Arabic and French text, gantry cranes, container ships, and a port. Security features of the note include a solid security thread and a watermark of the Djiboutian coat of arms and electrotype BCD.
