This 6-piece full set comes with Dominican Republic Pesos Oro banknotes issued in 2003 in 10, 20, 100, 500, 1,000, and 2,000 denominations. The banknotes share the same size of 158 x 67 mm and are in uncirculated condition. Common on the obverse designs are the bank seal and mahogany flowers. Except for the 1,000 pesos oro note that depicts the Palacio Nacional building in Santo Domingo, the front side of the notes also features a prominent figure in the Dominican Republic history including Matias Ramon Mella, Gregorio Luperon, Francisco del Rosario Sanchez, Juan Pablo Duarte, Salome Urena de Henriquez, Pedro Henriquez, Emilio Prud Homme, and Jose Reyes. The reverse designs boasts famous landmarks such as the Altar de la Patria mausoleum in Santo Domingo, the Panteon Nacional, the Puerta del Conde or the Counts Gate Fort in Ciudad Colonial, the Banco Central headquarters building, the Alcazar de Colon museum building, and the Teatro Nacional building.
