Reviews:

The East Caribbean States 5 Dollars with a pick number P-18a was released by the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank in 1986. The island of Anguilla is not identified on the Caribbean map design on the upper right front of the note. The notes obverse also bears a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II wearing the tiara of Grand Duchess Vladimir and the golden jubilee necklace of Queen Victoria. It also shows a windsurfer and a conch shell. The reverse illustrates a harbor view with palm trees, buildings, ships, and flowers. A swordfish is also shown on the lower right. The note is 145 x 70 mm in size and was printed by Thomas De La Rue and Company Limited. Its security features include a solid security thread with printed ECCB and a watermark that shows Queen Elizabeth IIs close-up image. This particular paper bill has been graded 66 by the Paper Money Guaranty.
