The 5 Dollar Banknote of the East Caribbean States was issued by the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank in 1986-1988. This colored green, blue, and yellow banknote depicts on its obverse side a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II wearing the Grand Duchess Vladimir's tiara and the golden jubilee necklace of Queen Victoria. Other elements shown on the front are a windsurfer, a conch shell, and the map of the Caribbean that doesnt identify the Anguilla island. The reverse of the note displays a harbor dotted with ships, palm trees, flowers, a swordfish, and buildings. The 145 x 70 mm paper bill has a sold security thread and a watermark that shows an image of Queen Elizabeth II. This particular 5 Dollar paper bill is in uncirculated condition and TAP Authenticated by Banknote World experts.
